The Platform constitutes a professional tool for the management of cast selection processes (castings) in the audiovisual industry, addressed to actors and actresses, agents and talent agencies, and verified casting directors.
Access to the Platform and the use of its functionalities imply the express and full acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as of the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, all of them accessible from the Platform itself.
3. General conditions of access and use
Access to the Platform is open and free of charge, without prejudice to the premium functionalities that may be introduced in subsequent versions and that will be governed by their own specific conditions.
Access to the operational functionalities of the Platform requires prior registration and professional validation of the user by the Controller’s administration team, in accordance with the procedure described in the Terms and Conditions.
The use of the Platform is reserved exclusively to persons over 18 years of age. The registration process includes verification of the date of birth, and access is not permitted to persons who have not reached the age of majority.

The contents contributed by users (photographs, videos, CVs, profile data, etc.) are the responsibility of the users themselves, who warrant that they have the necessary rights for their contribution to the Platform. The contribution of such contents grants the Controller a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence for their use with the sole purpose of providing the service described on the Platform.
5. Exclusion of liability
The Controller does not guarantee the continued and uninterrupted availability of the Platform, which may be affected by technical incidents, maintenance work or causes outside their control. In such cases, the Controller will adopt reasonable measures to restore the service in the shortest possible time, without any liability arising on their part from possible interruptions, except as provided in the applicable legislation.
The Controller is not liable for the damages and losses that may arise from:
- The inappropriate or illicit use of the Platform by users.
- The content contributed by users, which is the sole responsibility of the latter.
- Interactions between users derived from the professional use of the Platform.
- Damages caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions in the systems, outside the control of the Controller.
- Damages arising from technical failures attributable to the user or to their devices.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Controller guarantees compliance with the obligations imposed by consumer protection legislation, particularly in respect of users who have the status of consumers under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
6. Links to external sites
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (such as Vimeo, YouTube, IMDb, LinkedIn or others). The Controller does not control the content or the privacy policies of such external sites, and therefore assumes no liability for them.
The inclusion of links does not imply approval, association, sponsorship or any relationship between the Controller and the holders of the linked sites, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data collected through the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy, accessible from the Platform itself, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD) and the other local regulations applicable in each covered jurisdiction.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the Cookie Policy, accessible from the Platform itself.
9. Amendments to the Legal Notice
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal documents applicable to the Platform. Amendments will be published with reasonable notice prior to their entry into force and, when they entail a material alteration of rights or obligations of the user, they will be specifically notified.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any controversy arising from the access to or use of the Platform, the Parties, with express waiver of any other forum that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia capital.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the user has the status of consumer in accordance with current legislation, the competent jurisdiction shall be the one which by legal mandate corresponds to the consumer’s domicile, in accordance with article 90.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
